• Follow with your chosen hydrator, as your first step after cleansing, then apply preferred treatments & moisturiser. 
• Apply SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

To keep your product working at its best, we recommend storing in a dry, cool place (ideally between 59-77 °F) and keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid direct contact with eyes. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

• 1% Hyaluronic Acid Complex (CationHA) : Made through fermentation which has been chemically modified to contain cationic (positively charged) groups, meaning it sticks to negatively charged skin even after it has been washed off.
• 1% Inulin Compound (PolyFructol Plus) : Immediately and deeply rehydrates dry skin for up to 48 hours after use helping to support skin barrier. 
• 2% Betaine extracted from Sugar beet : Helps to support skins hydration levels and protects against environmental stressors and skin dehydration.

DOES HYALURONIC ACID CLEANSER REMOVE MAKE UP? Yes! Our facial cleanser with hyaluronic acid will work to remove all traces of makeup and SPF. You may enjoy a double cleanse routine, on the days you are wearing make up and/or SPF, to ensure the skin is thoroughly cleansed.

HOW CAN I DOUBLE CLEANSE WITH HYALURONIC ACID CLEANSER? We recommend double cleansing in your PM routine and use our Oat Balm Cleanser as a 1st step which will melt away SPF and makeup. Follow with your Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser as a 2nd step to wash away any leftover impurities.

CAN I LAYER IT WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS? Yes! You can safely use Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser with all other ingredients both AM and PM. What products should I not layer together? >

IS HYALURONIC ACID CLEANSER SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? Yes! It's great for all skins, even the most sensitive ones.

DO I STILL NEED TO USE HYALURONIC ACID SERUM AFTER USING HYALURONIC ACID CLEANSER? Yes, we would always recommend using Hyaluronic Acid Serum as the first step after cleansing.

IS HYALURONIC ACID CLEANSER AND HYALURONIC ACID TOO MUCH TOGETHER? No, we always recommend to follow up with Hyaluronic Acid right after cleansing on a damp skin to boost hydration levels and help other products transport deeper into your skin. Used alongside your Hyaluronic Acid cleanser will provide enough hydration for 48hrs.

WHAT IS THE MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF HYALURONIC ACID CLEANSER? Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser contains a combination of low and medium molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid.

WHAT % OF HYALURONIC ACID IS IN THE FORMULATION? There's 1% Hyaluronic Acid complex in the formula.

WHAT'S THE % OF BETAINE? Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser contains 2% Betaine.

WHAT'S THE % OF INULIN (POLYFRUCTOL PLUS)? Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser contains 1% Inulin.

WHAT IS THE PH LEVEL OF THIS PRODUCT? PH Level 5.0.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS? Products can take up to six weeks to show full results, due to the time it takes for your skin cells to turnover and the results of any products to reach the surface. Consistency is key, so apply regularly even if you’re not seeing the effects straight away. It can be very tempting to increase use of some products to try and see quicker results, don't overdo it though. More is not necessarily more, and overuse can cause irritation and sensitivity.

IS HYALURONIC ACID CLEANSER VEGAN? Yes! This product contains no animal derivatives and is now certified by The Vegan Society.
