INKEY Insiders is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more (and better) perks you get. Yep, it’s that easy and that good.
All you have to do is create an account online. The program is entirely free to join—there’s no minimum spending amount required. So go ahead, get in on those benefits. Sign up here.
The benefits of the program vary depending on your tier status, but all INKEY Insiders receive a birthday gift, access to exclusive member pricing and a personalised Insiders profile. Your Rewards status is determined by how much you spent in the last 365 days at www.uk.theinkeylist.com (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your account. Please note that there is a 14-day delay in the spend calculation that places you in your tier status.
In addition to program tier benefits, Rewards members also earn points. It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases www.uk.theinkeylist.com, you earn at least 5 points. You can also earn extra points by completing various activities found on your account page.
You can redeem your points in your account. Points can be redeemed against money-off vouchers. Please note that points cannot be redeemed during Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotion periods.
You cannot earn points on previous purchases, prior to joining INKEY Insiders. However, if you had an INKEY Insiders account prior to the launch of our rewards program, we have awarded you 500 points to get you started.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is an order that has been paid in full, hasn’t been returned to us and qualifies to earn points. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of your qualifying purchase. If your account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in your account will expire.
After you place an order, your points will be in an approval period for 14 days. Whilst in this pending state, your points cannot be used to redeem rewards. However, points earned from other actions, like following us on Instagram, will be rewarded instantly.
