    Holy grail for cystic acne

So bummed sephora and ulta no longer carry this, I hope it won't be discontinued. This has been the only product to help with any deep painful cystic acne I get that is basically like a pea size painful bump under the skin that never comes to a head. I used to be bad and stick those spots with a needle and ultimately just made things waaay worse, without fail, every time. This helped enormously, I just try to reapply every 6-8 hours, sometimes I throw one of the pimple patches over it to help resist picking at it, and usually within 24 hours the size (and pain) has gone down a toooon. Not only that but I have never experienced any peeling or irritation with this product, however I do also make sure to use moisturizer and spf daily.

It works better than pretty much any higher end, more expensive products. I try everything over 15 years, from rael, neutrogena, Peter Thomas roth, drunk elephant, byoma, Ole, medicube, different acids of different percents, retinols, retinals, tret... this only thing that worked as well as this was product from Dr. Dennis gross, which was sadly discontinued. Please don't get rid of this product too 😭 I feel like if some of these photos and reviews were promoted on socials, this product would be booming.

Anyways it's literally so cheap, if you have cystic acne just try it. You notice results within 48 hours. Mandelic is one of the more gentle acids as well so it's good for sensitive skin and also helps with redness. It does have a scent but…

    It’s alright

I used this for a few months on my forehead where I had hyperpigmentation scars , even though I did find them fading overtime in a few months , I’m not sure if it was due to other skincare products or this alone . A tube lasted a few months for targeted treatment but if your going to use this on your whole face , it’s going to run out sooner obviously, so bear that in mind alongside the price tag .

    Nice for marks

It's good if you have red marks but it takes some time to see results, it's not wonderful but it kinda works.
