The hydration and smoothness you're experiencing are actually key parts of how this plumping effect works — well-hydrated, smooth lips naturally appear fuller and more defined.

Surprisingly impressed
I’ve been using this for 12 days and am really surprised at the change in my lips. I’m 57, recently lost a lot of weight and I felt my skin needed a bit of TLC. I’ve included two photos, one from just before Christmas and the second today. I think the difference is noticeable.
