I love all lip balms and glosses that have the plumping effect. However, I didn't realize that this balm is not the traditional plumping balm. The first time I tried it I was thinking "what the heck, no tingling". But I have been using this for the last week and I have noticed a definite hydration in my lips. Plus, I have not had to constantly reapply. I would have given it 5 stars but the only negative thing is the taste at times. Will definitely buy again!
