- Terms and conditions – The INKEY List x Naked Beauty Instagram competition. To participate in this competition, users must follow The INKEY List on Instagram and tag up to 4 friends in the comments that they would like to join a personal Zoom skincare consultation. Tagging up to four friends represents one entry. Please note that entrants can share the competition on their Instagram story, tagging The INKEY List for an additional entry.
- This competition will run until 12:00pm on Sunday June 28th.
- There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 12:00pm on June 28th, who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
- The contest is open globally, except for The INKEY List and Naked Beauty employees, contractors, families, or anyone directly connected with the organisation.
- The prize consists of a personal zoom skincare consultation with the two founders of The INKEY List, Mark and Collette, for the entrant and four of their friends. They will discuss your skin concerns and create your personalised recipe that will be delivered to your door.
- If you are the winner of The INKEY List’s competition, we will require your email address, a contact number, and a home address so that your personalised skincare recipe can be sent out. Further details, including details about your personal zoom skincare consultation.
- If you are outside of the UK or US, it make take longer to receive the prize due to delivery timings.
- We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal, or greater value, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Up to two entries per person will be accepted. Please note, entry one can only be made through tagging up to four friends on Naked Beauty’s Instagram post. Entry two can only be made through resharing the competition on the entrant’s Instagram story and tagging The INKEY List. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same Instagram account, the first entry will only be accepted.
- No purchase from The INKEY List is necessary to participate in the competition. However, please note, entrants will require access to the internet and Instagram. No refund can be claimed for expenses acquired in participating in the competition, including the use of the internet.
- The INKEY List reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, spam, or based on any misconduct.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative.
- The winner will have one week to claim their prize, from the date that they are contacted as the winner. After this time, we have the right to select a new winner.
- The decisions of the promotor are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with the current US Information Privacy Law.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to The INKEY List and Naked Beauty and not to Instagram. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
- The INKEY List does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
- Winners may be required to participate in any related publicity without further reward. These may include being photographed for The INKEY List’s social media, provide a short statement about their win.
- The INKEY List reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, without notice, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
- This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by American Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the American courts.
